· Our Wine tasting and complimentary appetizers draw many members each month to socialize and sample wines from our many, outstanding local vineyards available in Monterey County.

· Educational events are regularly scheduled to provide pertinent information to members on topics relevant to wellness, fitness and healthy aging.
